Terms and Conditions

1. Credit accountants available on request for registered business users only.
   
   
2. Payment terms are net 30 days on all credit account transactions.
   
   
3. We reserve the right to substitute own branded products with one of a similar quality.
   
   
4. Minimum order is £35.00 plus VAT.
   
   
5. Local deliveries will be by LBM UK Limited’s own transport. We can provide
   a nationwide delivery service via courier.
   
   
6. Prices quoted on invoice check are valid for a period of three months.
   
   
7. Cash payment is up to £100.00 or the total of your last three months stationery spend whichever is less.
   
   
8. Prices quoted will be prorata against LBM UK Limited pack sizes.
   
   
9. £100 cash promotion is for new customers only.
   
   
10. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any offer.
    
    
11. We can only offer the 10% saving against genuine competitor pricing and reserve the right to ask for further proof in the form of copy invoices.
    
    
12. Prices supplied in any quotation will only be valid for 21 days if our offer is not taken up within 21 days of the date the quotation is supplied.
